Lead Generation Specialist (B2B – IT / Software Services)

Company Overview:

We are a growing IT services company specializing in web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, digital marketing, and creative design (graphics, video, social media). We help businesses build strong digital presence and scale through technology. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, qualify, and nurture potential B2B clients through platforms like Upwork, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Upwork:

  • Search and identify high-quality job postings that match our services.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and follow up with potential clients.
  • Maintain bid tracking and success metrics.

Apollo.io:

  • Use Apollo to build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and decision-maker roles.
  • Extract verified contact data (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM database of leads.

LinkedIn:

  • Identify and connect with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Heads, etc.).
  • Send personalized outreach messages to generate qualified appointments.
  • Manage and grow our company’s LinkedIn network and visibility.

General Lead Gen Activities:

  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and project potential.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for handoff and follow-up.
  • Track daily/weekly progress and report KPIs (leads, responses, conversions).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation using Upwork, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and writing skills (especially for proposal crafting).
  • Understanding of IT / Software / Digital Marketing services.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience generating leads for agencies or IT service providers.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo automation tools.
  • Prior success in setting appointments and managing cold outreach campaigns.
