Job Description:

We are looking for female candidates for the position of Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at our Indore office. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and driven to achieve sales targets through phone-based conversations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
• Present product/service information clearly and persuasively.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer objections and queries with professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them for conversion.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future upselling.

• Only Female Candidates
• 1+ years of tele calling experience preferred
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
